FineCiders.com is wholly owned by The Meriadoc Trading Company Ltd. This company was started in 2005 and motivated by a desire to let others enjoy fine healthy ciders as opposed the more chemical varieties often found on the market today. All our Ciders are stored at London City Bonds who are fully licensed to distribute alcohol.

By agreeing to our terms and conditions of sale, you agree that you are over 18 years of age. You also agree that either you or a designated recipient that is over the required legal age will be available to receive your order when it arrives. If you do not anticipate that you or your designated person (see above) will be available and that a person under the required legal age could potentially accept your order, please place your order at a later date. Please note that our drivers will not give give alcohol to anyone who is underaged.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal and UK cheques and postal orders. Please note that for cheque orders we reserve the right to await successful clearance of funds before shipping your goods. Cheques and postal orders must be received by us within 7 days of your order being placed. If not, we will inform you by email. If we have still not received your payment after a further 7 days you will be emailed with notification of your order being cancelled.

The Meriadoc Trading Company Ltd reserves the right to remove any item from the catalogue, amend the price or any other detail on the website at any time without prior warning, consent or notification.

We accept no responsibility whatsoever for any incorrect website content.

If one of your chosen products is not available, you will be notified. We will not substitute one item for another without first contacting you.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted when your order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any web site and once your order has been completed, we do not hold any card details. This is to further protect you.

As a FineCiders.com customer you agree that we may email you a copy of our newsletter from time to time which will always include instructions on how to remove your email address from our mailing list.

Returns Policy

Damaged items - If items arrive damaged, we require you to send the product back to us in its original packaging or similar. A new item will be dispatched upon receipt and upon investigation. Should the package appear damaged upon arrival, please do not sign for it.

Erroneous Items - Items sent out in error will be exchanged for the correct item. We will send you a reply paid box or envelope and once we have received the incorrect item back from you, we will despatch the correct one.

You must notify us of any problems with your order within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Where refunds are given, we reserve the right, where appropriate, to issue a credit note.
